I was very pleased with Burt White taking an interest in my preferences in color, where the fuel filter is located, popping the hood to see the engine layout, the hatchback space by opening the door and putting down the seats to see easy access and space for my needs. Opening the doors or pulling out the chairs in the showroom for us to sit was very kind and reminds me of the 50's-60's era when I was young. Thank you

Overall my experience at capitol ford was good. The salesman was very accommodating and helpful. Most of the staff were professional and courteous. The only Issue I have is the fact that I was rushed to sign all the paperwork when it finally came time which caused me to miss a few things in the fine print. I was told the price of the vehicle was $25100 out the door. Tax, title, registration all included. But after rushing through all the paperwork I realized that it had been added back on to the $25100 bringing the cost of the vehicle up to $26,5xx essentially meaning everything I "haggled" for was just added back on bringing the truck back up to the sticker price. I thought that was kinda shady but I guess its bad on me for letting your finance guy rush me and not taking the time to read the fine print. I most likely wont buy another vehicle here. I really like honesty and up front deals.
