It was wonderful. I love and stand with Ford. This is my 5th Ford vehicle in a row, over the last 24 yrs. Since, I'm new to North Carolina, I researched and chose Capital Ford in Raleigh. I was not disappointed. Thoroughly enjoyed the good nature/sense of humor/expertise of Mr. Pat Pope. My finance officer Mr. James Moss was accommodating/thorough/detail oriented. There were a pleasure to do business with. I was in and out in less than three hours and totally satisfied. Assuredly, I will return in three years for my next purchase.

Being prepared prior to our arrival would have helped. Nothing was prepared, paperwork or vehicle prep which resulted in over 4 hours to complete the lease signing.
