CJ approached us as we entered the lot. He checked the availability of a car I had seen online. He quickly got the keys and met me at the car and offered a test drive. Our negotiation for purchase was mercifully short - thank you Skeet. The only unsatisfactory portion of the deal was the waiting for the F&I guy. It would be helpful if the customer were told how long they should expect to wait or given some sort of progress report during the wait.

I spent 4 1/2 hours at your competitors (Cross Roads Ford) Cary location and they could not get me what I was looking for at the price/ Payment I needed.
