My sales rep Tony was wonderful! He was very genuine and extremely helpful throughout my process of purchasing my car! however the manager was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! He showed no interest with the sale and was slowful with providing my family and I with the appropriate customer service. His attitude was VERY unpleasant and unfriendly! He didn't even ask or insist on negotiating a price(which we would have been happy to do so). I personally didn't want to offer negotiating a price simply because his attitude was so distasteful and just really turned me off from even wanting to deal with that dealership period!I did get the car I wanted HOWEVER I would NOT recommend ANYONE to go there. The manager made my first experience there VERY unpleasant and horrible! note- the only reason I gave 3 stars is because my sales rep tony was amazing and did an awesome job with everything for me! I would have thought he was the manager !

Our salesman Jason Griffin was excellent and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He made our buying experience very exciting and made us feel that we were the only ones there. The process went smoothly from the beginning to the end. Our finance man (Vick) handle all the paperwork efficiently and got us the best deal on our finance rate. He was also excellent. Capital Ford has been our dealership for the past 10 years. Very happy customers.
