Mitch Strickland is the face of customer service! He assisted me from the beginning to the end of the process with such patience. He made me feel very comfortable with my buying experience. He was very positive and pleasant through out the entire process. When I returned to work after working with him, I definitely felt compelled to reach his level of customer service! Terri Rogers was excellent--nice and informative. The Costco program and negotiation process was fairly easy to navigate.

We went to Capital Ford to look for a "new" used car. I had a 2009 Fusion and always loved the car but it was time for a replacement. My 2009 Fusion had over 115,000 and the only thing I have done to it in the 2+ years I owned it was to change the oil and bought one set of tires so I knew I wanted another Fusion. We were met almost as soon as we drove up to Capital by our salesman, Scott Baum. He took his time with us and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable about the cars that were on the lot and was patient with me because I think I wanted to look at every Fusion on the lot!!! When it came down to financing, I knew we may have a little difficulty. Not bad credit but not perfect neither. But the finance officer, Mike, was able to get us a great interest rate and worked with us to get our payments down to what we were aiming for. Since I had not driven my 2009 Fusion to the car lot to begin with, I had to go home to pick it up. When we got back to Capital, my "new" car was waiting - clean and with a full tank of gas. Working with Capital Ford was a great experience and I will definitely go back when the time comes for another car. By the way - I am LOVING my new Fusion!!!!!! Thanks, Scott, Mike and Capital Ford. You guys are awesome!!

When I entered into Capital Ford Dealers I recieved a very warm welcome and most of all my Salesman was very nice and when I explained to him about what i was looking forward to buying, and what kind of vehicla I wanted and the price range I would like to stay within. This was not a problem for this nice gentleman, I was very pleased with the information he provided and most of all I did buy a truck that I am pleased with.
