Mr. Jimmie White when out of his way to get me a car. My credit was not so great but he took a lot of time to get me the right fit. I purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus. Went in looking for how much trade in on my present Focus and look at a new one. Not one in the lot that I liked. Larry got me in a CMax Hybrid and I was a goner. Loved the hybrid thingie (1st time in one and was sure I couldn't afford one) and all it's stuff. Expecially loved the power liftgate that I so needed. Perhaps if the new Focus had one, I would gone with that but they don't. Hint! Hint! And I was particularly peeved to find that y'all don't offer the Glass paint color choice. I had it and everyone, and I mean everyone, loved it. I wanted it again and was very, very disappointed to find it no longer available. I had many, many strangers walk up to me and tell me how much they loved that particular color. Please bring it back!! Larry was very enjoyable to work with and very helpful.

Our sales person was very friendly and knowledgable about all the cars. He was never pushy or annoying like other places tend to be. We felt like he listened to what we wanted and let us lead the decision making process without pushing us to something that may be more beneficial to him. We trusted his opinion and judgement, which is very rare for a sales person. We ended up purchasing a used vehicle and he explained all the benefits to going with a certified pre-owned and the warranties that came with them ver well.

Julie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extremely patient with me. I stayed WAY past the 9pm closing time on Friday and no one seemed upset or annoyed with me at all about making them stay late on a Friday night! Great service, great experience, great car! Thank you!

From start to finish Doug was very helpful with our purchase. We initially started looking at low price used cars. Doug was helpful to look through the lot and drive several options. WE then moved up to higher end used cars. Again looking at all the options on the lot. We then decided that a new car was the best option for our family. Doug found a car we wanted and had it on the lot in a day. It was a low pressure, fun and exciting experience for our whole family. WE could not be happier.
