Julie was excellent. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was patient and very friendly. I think that she was just as excited as we were when we were approved for a vehicle. Skeet was also nice and very hard working. I will definitely come back to Capital Ford. This was my first experience with them, and I am happy to say that I was impressed.

Doug is a good guy. He did what he could to help me and was easy to talk to and deal with. No high pressure stuff of any kind-something I will not tolerate. Doug is an asset to your sales team and you should be proud to have him at Capital Ford. I would recommend him as a sales person to contact.

Better organization

I have purchased 2 cars from Capital Ford & have been working with them since 2009. My family also has bought innumerable vehicles from Capital Ford. I have been battling transmission problems with my '13 Focus since 3 months after I bought it. The service center has replaced the the clutch twice & I continued to have the same problem & was told I needed yet another one in under 40000 miles. I was done. I went into the dealership & they went above & beyond to help me into another car. They were amazing!!! I was so upset & they did everything to help me. I will never shop anywhere else.

Looking for a used vehicle for business. Not many out there. Tim went beyond regular sale to ensure we had a rewarding and successful resolution.

Two recent experiences. First I called the commercial truck department and spoke to a sale rep told him what I was looking for and he never called me back. Second I took my truck to the dealership for service at the express service center. The very young tech was struggling with my lock on the lugs. I was watching from the window, so I walked into the shop and asked what the problem was. He had rounded the edges off the lug lock because he only had METRIC tools. The lug lock was AMERICAN made. So is the TRUCK. It's a FORD. The key was now unusable due to using the wrong socket rounding the edges off. He stated all the techs use metric tools because usually they are close enough. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So...I had to buy a new lug lock was not offered a discount on the service or any money towards the lock that they ruined. Obviously not going back.
