We bought an Expedition in Dec 2011 and had a great experience. When we needed to replace my car, we dug out Richard Capalettis card and gave him a call. We looked around online a bit and your prices were very competitive. We came in on a Sunday and Richard was busy. He took the time to introduce us to Scott and let him know what we were interested in. We looked at a few cars, test drove one and walked away happy customers. You were even able to beat the interest rate from our credit union so we did all the financing on site. Richard helped set up Bluetooth and Sirius before we left and called a few days later to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely be back when we look for our next vehicle.
