The best car buying experience in my whole life.

Transaction was smooth. Salesman Mitch was great, financing part was fast. Will need to get one final scratch removed since vehicle was a demo vehicle, but other than that, smooth deal;

Capital Ford provided an outstanding experience. They greeted me with warmth and kindness. They were able to search and locate a vehicle that matched my specs for a year end model that other dealerships could not find. Although I did not request to have the vehicle transferred to their lot, they made it happen in two days and called me to let me know it was there. When I came back to take a look at it, they had it shined up and walked me back, eyes closed, to the back garage for the reveal. They made me feel excited and special. From the sales team, Wayne and Alicia, to the finance, Kevin, to the accessories department, Chris, Capital Ford was phenomenal.

Everything went seemlessly. I drove from Winston-Salem for business and I dropped my car off for appraisal while I went to my meeting. When I returned they had an offer waiting, and the car i was interested in, ready to go. The staff was courteous, quick, and I left with a good deal. Usually when I buy a car I feel as though I just got taken advantage of, not this time. I will definitely recommend Capital Ford, and return for any future business. Brett and Doug, from internet sales, were a poleasure to work with.
